If you have a problem connecting live to the
stream, send us an e-mail, we will see if we can help.
Please include which player you use, your
operating system and if it is first or second edition.
Also, tell us if you have broad-band or dial-up Internet.
For those who can find some help locally, such as
a friend, the stream is a Shoutcast MP3 stream.
It is up 24/7.
This means some earlier versions of Windows Media
Player will not work.
Some players that will catch the stream, Winamp,
versions 9+ Media player, and Real Audio, also if you can get a copy
of AudioActive, it works great.
If the stream starts and stops playing, it mean
you need to adjust, if you can, the buffers and connect time in the
configuration setting of your player. Until
you have a strong stream established,
close all other windows.
The archived copies are for those who wish to
listen at their convenience. The files are MP3 at 24 kbs mono. They
should play in anything that can play an MP3.
We use only one page for our e-mail. The last time we changed our e-mail, we created a site linked e-mail. It took a year to find all the spots where the e-mail was posted. So we created a contact page and direct every link to that one page. Contact.
